Enlisted is a squad-based first person MMO shooter covering key battles from World War II. The game carefully recreates weapons, military vehicles and the atmosphere of that era, while demonstrating really massive clashes of numerous soldiers, tanks and aircraft with artillery and naval support.
At first, players will be able to fight in the “Battle for Moscow” campaign that recreates the heavy clashes between German and Soviet troops in the outskirts of the Russian capital and the “Normandy Invasion” covering D-Day landing and following battles. There are more campaigns already in development including the “Battle for Berlin” and others.
Features:
– Epic battles that look as massive as the historical battles, like the Normandy Invasion. Players assume the roles of an infantry squad or a tank crew commander or an aircraft pilot.
– High input of each player in the team victory: despite the massiveness of the battles, the result is significantly defined by the performance of each player.
– 10+ distinctive squad classes like assault, sniper, heavy gun, mortar, flamethrower, anti-tank, engineer, radio specialists, tank crews, aircraft pilots and others.
– Hundreds of weapons, ground vehicles and aircraft types. Each of them is based on a real model used in the specific historical campaign of World War II.
– A player can customize and train squads according to their individual playing style, unlock perks and upgrades as long as this does not contradict the historical accuracy principle.
Enlisted is an MMO squad based shooter for PC and the Xbox Series X|S in World War II where you act as an infantry squad leader, tank crew or an aircraft pilot. The weaponry, soldier’s uniform, appearance and capabilities of the vehicles in the game are in line with historical facts.
Each squad consists of several soldiers who can be trained, equipped with new weapons and items and then taken into a battle. You control one soldier directly while other soldiers will be controlled by AI which obeys your orders. You can switch between soldiers and stay at the most interesting point in a battle event after part of your squad has been defeated.
Dozens of units with different specialisations participate in Enlisted battles simultaneously. This ensures maximum density and spectacularity of a battle while maintaining a high contribution with each participant for the victory of the team. Infantry, armoured vehicles and aircraft battle together and you can try several roles in just one game session.

Scale:
There are hundreds of soldiers, armoured vehicles and aircraft in every battle, reflecting the scale of historical battles such as the landing at Omaha Beach etc.
Realism:
The game gives a feeling of participating in a real military battle, re-creates the atmosphere of the Second World War and is careful with details.
Variety:
In the same battle you can clear a trench with a flamethrower, play as a mortar gunner, break through defenses in a tank and cover allies from the air in an aircraft.
Game modes
As of the PC open beta release, there are currently two matchmaking options and two game modes.
Matchmaking options
Squads – Standard default matchmaking, where players spawn with their full squads.
Lone Fighters – Modified matchmaking, where players do not spawn with their squads, though they may select soldiers from their squads to spawn as. If a soldier is killed, they will be unavailable for the rest of the match; to compensate, spawn numbers are increased. Unlocked at campaign level 3.
A tutorial level and a practice range, both singleplayer only, are also available.
Game modes
Domination – Both teams fight to control three control points on a map. Each team is represented by a colored bar that depletes as long as the enemy team has two or more points controlled. The match ends when one team's bar fully depletes.
Assault – Allies attempt to attack and control a series of control points on a large map, while Axis attempts to defend each point. Each point is played one-by-one; if Axis loses a point, they must retreat to the next point. Allies are restricted to 1000 soldiers (including AI soldiers). The match ends when either Allies run out of manpower or Axis loses all of their control points.
